Hello, I am David MacMillan.

I hold an MBA (Finance), an IRS Enrolled Agent credential, and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist designation.

With 35 years experience in small business accounting , tax, and business valuation we are well placed to assist you with your project.

Founded the business in 2003 as an accounting and tax business, Q3 Business Services has evolved into a provider of Business Valuation, Tax Preparation / Tax resolution and Due Diligence services.

Our foundation in finance and tax management allows us to bring an uncommon skill set to issues of business valuation, due diligence and tax resolution.

I have over thirty years experience in founding, operating, and selling small business entities. Arriving in Sacramento in 1976, I developed a career as a private industry accountant before developing my own accounting and tax practices.
